Singapore - 5 May 2005 - Further to the Company's announcements on 20 January 2005 and 29 April 2005, the Company will also be seeking approval from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority for an extension of time to announce its financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2004 and to hold its annual general meeting ("AGM") in respect of the full year ended 31 December 2004 under Sections 175 and 201 of the Companies Act (Cap. 50).
